SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
Shipping within India
Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be delays in processing and shipping.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses.
Rural domestic addresses may require additional days to deliver.
All Made-to-order products with customization/s will require additional time and will be shipped in 14-20 working days.
Domestic customers are responsible for any Taxes or sums charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed for these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
Shipping is valid for shipping addresses in India. All orders will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days from the day of order. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping location.
Shipping Confirmation emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.
Shipping in multiple packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your products to you as efficiently as possible, items which are shipped from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
Tracking your order
There are two easy ways to track your order:
Log in to My Account and go to the My Orders section. From there you will be able to choose which order you'd like to view, and you will have an option to track the order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the tracking number.
RETURN POLICY
Returns
We at himalidoshilabel.com take customer satisfaction seriously and offer an easy exchange service for all non-personalized/ non-customized footwear products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the products are unused and in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
We recommend that you first try your products for fitting on a carpet or soft and smooth material, and once you are sure about the fitting, wear them outside onto a rough surface.
To be eligible for an exchange , the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If you wish to exchange a product, we request you to safely pack it in the original box along with the original invoice. All returns will be processed in 5 -7 working days.

Damaged / Defective Product
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help! Please email info@himalidoshi.com or send a WhatsApp message with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. We'll schedule a free pick-up within 3-5 working days. Upon confirmation, we'll send a replacement or provide a 30-day credit note (minus shipping)
Replacement / Exchanges will not be issued for the following cases:
● Items that have been used.
● An item not returned in the condition it was received.
● Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
● Damages due to misuse of product
● Products with tampered or missing serial or UPC numbers or labels.
● Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
• The item may be damaged during transit.
• There might be a manufacturing defect.
• A wrong item is delivered.
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the stipulated time frame. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
We will only exchange or return items once we receive confirmation via order history. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
After inspection we will confirm whether the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 3-5 working days after we receive the shipment.
Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will issue a voucher with a coupon code of the same amount (in INR) as the invoice value relating to the products/s returned (after deducting the shipping costs). This “Credit Voucher” can be used on our website to purchase any items for a period of thirty days from the date of issue of such “Credit Voucher”.
Post the period of 30 days as aforementioned, the “Credit Voucher” shall expire and no refund / no adjustment for the same will be made for the monetary amount / value of the “Credit Voucher” at any point in future.

You will be liable for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Currently, we are NOT offering a monetary refund on the orders that have been processed.
In all events of cancellation from the brand's side, we shall initiate a refund within 7 business days. All refunds, once confirmed are processed within 5-7 working days and should reflect in your account in 5-7 working days.
All refunds shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank/payment gateway and shipping costs.
