Refund policy
We at HIMALIDOSHILABEL.COM offer Cash on Delivery (COD) subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for COD
● COD is available only for domestic orders within India. International orders are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.
● The maximum order value accepted for COD order is Rs. 6,000.
● COD will be unavailable to locations where the courier partner is unable to service COD shipments. If COD is not available for any location, we will inform the customer through phone call or email and update the order status.
2. Additional COD Charges
● A Charge of Rs. 200 will be applied to all COD orders.
● This charge is non-refundable and will be included in the final payable amount.
3. Returns and Refunds for COD Orders
● In case of a return, refunds will not be provided in cash. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders, regardless of reason, may only be obtained as “Credit Voucher”. This “Credit Voucher” can be used on our website to purchase any items for a period of thirty days from the date of issue.

4. Return Policy for COD Orders
● Only the reasons mentioned under our Shipping Policy are valid for return requests on COD orders.
● Himalidoshilabel.com reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the Shipping Policy terms. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.
5. Important Notes
● Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. In case of failed delivery due to unavailability or refusal to pay, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Himalidoshilabel.com reserves the right to contact the buyer of any Cash on Delivery order before dispatching any Cash on Delivery order.
● Himalidoshilabel.com may impose restrictions on or exclude products from the Cash on Delivery service.
● You cannot open the product that has been received without making the payment at the time of delivery.
● Himalidoshilabel.com may cancel or reject Cash on Delivery orders at any time for any reason. Reasons for rejection may include but are not limited to red-flagging by Risk Management Systems, prior COD rejections, inability to contact the customer, high COD shipment rejection rates in the order’s region or any other reason.
● Himalidoshilabel.com may withdraw Cash on Delivery service or change the terms of the Cash on Delivery facility at any time without prior notice.
