We offer easy exchanges on our ready-to-wear line in case of any sizing issues. If your size is unavailable, we are happy to exchange it for another design within the same price range or offer a 30-day store credit.

Nope, some of our ready-to-wear collection is made once the order is placed. 

Made-to-Order

Here’s the simple step-by-step process for our Made-to-Order shoes:

  1. Reach out to us via email or WhatsApp, and one of our team members will get in touch with you to discuss your requirements.
  2. We'll help you choose from the styles of shoes we offer.
  3. Once you’ve picked a style, we'll guide you through selecting heel height, material, color, and any embroidery or embellishments.
  4. We’ll show you how to measure your feet correctly so your shoes are custom-made to your exact size.
  5. After confirming all your choices and making the payment, we’ll begin processing your order.
  6. Your made-to-order shoes will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.

It takes anywhere between 2-3 weeks for your made-to-order pair to be ready. 

Your dream shoes are our inspiration. If you have a specific design in mind, we would be happy to incorporate your ideas into your custom-made shoes. While we can’t create a replica,  our team will work closely with you to capture the essence of your vision and turn it into reality!

Made-to-order purchases are non-refundable, but we do offer exchanges if there’s a size or fit issue. Please note that exchanges are only possible for minor adjustments, not for changes in design, colour, or fabric once the final design has been confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

While we don't currently offer standard international shipping, we would love to send our shoes globetrotting at an additional charge. Reach out to us, and we can work out the delivery on extra shipping and customs charges!

For our Ready-to-Wear collection, delivery takes 5-7 days (unless otherwise specified). For our Made-to-Order collection, delivery takes 2-3 weeks.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email, You can check the status of your shipment via the tracking number or email us at — for any further assistance.

Return & Exchange:

We want you to love your new shoes! If your ready-to-wear footwear doesn't fit well, we offer exchanges within 10 days of the delivery. If your size is out of stock, we will help you find another style (within the same price range) or offer a 30-day store credit 

Exchange details:

- You will need to cover the shipping costs for the exchange. The amount will be charged at pick-up 

- To be eligible, the shoes must be unworn, unused, and with the original tags attached

- We offer exchanges, not refunds.

- No exchanges on Made-to-Order / Customised items

We know finding the right size for broad/flat feet can be tricky, but don’t worry we understand the importance of a comfortable fit for all sizes! 

  1. We recommend checking if the style you like is available in a wider width, or simultaneously, you can consider choosing a size up. Alternatively, you can choose our customisation option for a perfect fit!

For our made-to-order shoes, we offer all types of fits. Our Ready-to-Wear collection comes in standard fits, but select styles offer customization options for a more tailored fit 

The payment options available are all Debit & Credit Cards, Net Banking and E Wallets. We also offer cash on delivery Pan India for all orders up to Rs 6000

While we encourage our customers to place an order online for the fastest and most convenient experience, we are open to phone orders if that’s what you prefer. You can do so by calling us on +91 9833302016 During our business hours (12 pm - 6 pm, Monday to Fri) or reach out to us on WhatsApp too. We hope to make your shopping experience super comfortable!

For Ready-to-Wear orders, you can modify or cancel your order before it’s dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
Once a Customized Order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Care and Maintenance

Your handcrafted shoes are made with love, so show them some love back! Here are a few simple tips to keep them shining!

Wear & Store: Wear them often and store them carefully in the dust bag provided.

Cleaning: For fabric, use a dry or microfiber cloth. For patent leather, wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid getting them wet; if they do, air dry them immediately

Sole Care: Clean stained soles with a soapy cloth and soft brush, then pat dry. Keep water away from the upper materials as well as the insole
